I have wired several Ranco's in the past. Last night I tried to wire up a dual ranco setup but it doesn't seem to work. I wired the first like normal and then what normally goes to the power strip I used as a jumper to the second unit. That jumper then was wired to the second unit like it was the plug end. This must be incorrect as the first unit fires up, but the second unit doesn't light up and the power strip doesn't turn on. Any input is greatly appreciated. My new setup has now been put on hold.
