Quarentine setups...

pspguy Jul 30, 2003 11:53 AM

Can someone post a pic or 2 of their quarentine area. I have my leos in sperate containers and I'm using 2 infrared heat lamps. The air temp inside the containers I think is fine, but I'm not sure the substrate is getting warm enough. Anyone able to help. I have heard and read that belly temperature has alot to do with hunger and digestion, so I can't fix the eating problem without this.. thanks

Jeff

if you want a warm substrate then a UTH connected to a rheostat would be the way to go. if you can't get a UTH then try getting a piece of slate or a tile to put under the lamp. rock/clay absorbs heat from above alot better than other substrates. good luck!!!!!
