Have you guys ever heard of a frog having a very itchy nose? My Asisn has just recently taken a habit of rubbing his nose a lot in the water and on the river rocks in the water. Thanks!

Something like this happened to a white's on a board I frequent, I want to say they recommended putting mineral oil on it. I'd think the bigger question is why? Is there anything in there like fertilizer or maybe a bacteria? Possibly handling them as they absorb everything like soap and our oils through their skin.
