help making new encolsure drafts inside

please help i am considering making a encolosure. i have a shelf build into the wall and i am thinking i might turn it into a encolsure. to do this i need ventilation lighting and a front.

i was hoping someone could give me some advice on making enclosures and or alterations to my rough plans.
