Incubator Fan Backwards??

I am building an incubator, I bought an AC fan from Radio Shack that when I test blows air ok, but when I attach it to the incubator hanging upside down (so air blows down) it reverses and sucks air, when I flip it, it does the same thing? Any Clues?

To reverse the direction in which the fan blows, simply switch the wires. That should do it.....
