Only reason I know for a ball to get blue eyes is because of being in shed. Unless it has always had blue eyes, that is most likely what is happening.

I have one male that had one blue eye for about a year it is now back to looking normal. He is blind in that eye and a friend who is an animal health tech and runs the reptile rescue here said it is most likely from falling. The cornea or some part of the eye separated and that is what caused the blue look. Thought it would stay that way forever but now it is looking normal but it is obvious that he still can't see from that eye. My male is also partially paralyzed, he has a 3" section on his lower third that he can't use or control really. He was a rescue I took in, and even though he has these problems he eats fine and is growing.
