second_hand_rose Jul 30, 2003 12:22 PM

I bet this type of question has been asked alot but can anyone tell me or link me to a good page site - regaurding what plants and veggies my vield can have. I had one book marked but it seems to be down and was just wondering if beet tops are a OK food for them since I'll be using fresh beets in our supper tonight *s*
(home grown lettuce ?? is it okay? - we have a garden)

You guys are actually right. Yes, I am sorry for my last post, I did not know what I was thinking. You can feed them beet tops and plain beets.

I was going to throw them out but luckly I saved some - we feed them to our finches as well.

Thanks for the advice
