If you click the link to the photo gallery, there's a place to search by keyword - type in egyptian uromastyx and many photos pop up. I don't own one and couldn't swear to it, but I think it's much more common to find them closer to the two to two-and-a-half foot size. A three foot male would be a maximum.
This is for U. a. aegyptius, not the "other" Egyptian uros (U. a. microlepis) which are somewhat smaller, I guess.
