red backed, shenandoah and blue ridge

does anyone have any info on shenendoa salamanders, blue ridge salamanders or red backed salamanders. there in my area and i wonder what any differences in identifying them, and what specific places they would be in. i know red backs are common around here but i wonder about the other species/ subspecies? any other cool central virginia salamanders?
