What to feed baby bloods?

awesomo6000 Apr 27, 2006 12:40 PM

I have a pair of young bloods. They're about 18" long. I've been having trouble getting them to eat consistently for me. I've been trying them weekly with P/K weanlings-small adult mice. I've also tried live, with less response. They eat about every other feeding or every third feeding, which is enough that I'm not overly worried about them from a health standpoint, I just wondered if anybody had any tricks for getting them to eat more consistently.

Try rat pups. Bloods love their rats.....

Chris is spot-on. Rats taste sooo much better than mice!
