I got my first kingsnake today. A white leonis thayeri that I named Corbin. Now I just need to find him a girlfriend!

A question for you experts... he was born in Aug '05, can he be bred in summer of '07? Or should I wait until the following summer? Thanks!

Beautiful snake. I really love the white ones. In my experience with thayeri, some males will get up to size to breed in two years. I have had some that needed an extra year. Just depends on how well they feed.

Thanks for the info... I'll see how big he is next spring and decide from there.
