I NEED SOME HELP WITH A WEB PAGE!

Hello All,
I'm looking to stat up my own web page. Honestly, I am computer illiterate and I don't know how to get this started. there are a few things to keep in mind.

1. I'd like to keep the cost as low as possible without creating a cyber eye-sore.
2. user friendly, Please read my intro to understand this necessity.
3. I'd like to be able to upload pictures and enter text for each pic.

If anyone of you could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it.

In the website below I used the basic program FrontPage that comes with the Microsoft Office Suite in the UK. I assume it has the same name in the US? If you can use word, you can use FrontPage. If you have any questions, just drop me an email.

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:

You type	Result
