supplementing veileds

How often do you guys supplement your veileds? Cal D3 and vit? Juvy and adult? What I am really shaky on is the vit supp. Is it necessary if using a quality gutload?

cham info: Male, juvy------->adult veiled...fed crix and roaches using cricketfood.com gutload along with various fruits and veggies. Also using zoomed merc vapor bulb. 16X16X30 mesh cage with live hibiscus until bigger. Then 36X24X48 mesh cage with hibiscus when adult.

Thanks for all the help and input you guys have given so far. Your advice to each other and the websites you recommend have been a tremendous help....and eye opener. These amazing little creatures make you work hard to enjoy them.

For my Veiled Chameleon, since it is an adult I feed him five large crickets and dust three times a week and I use Calcium D3 and this for an adult. For juvy's I do two dozen dusted two times a week. Yes it is also necessary to gutload your crickets.
