We bailed out from California because of snow in the Mountains and cool temps at night in the desert. Thought we might catch some early action down the river. Day temps Monday were over 100. Night temps were mid 80's and mid 70's by 2am. The woman at the Easter Egg said it rained Saturday night for the first time since January. No snakes. Road work is being done in the x-mas mts. on 118 and 170 in Terlingua. Tivos has moved up to the Longhorn Motel . A new restaurant has moved into the old Tivos called Los Pisanos. Another new restaurant on 118 and 170 called Chilli Peppers has opened up. The Wildhorse is up for sale. We left to try our luck down in South Texas for annulata. T-storms and tornados on the leading edge of the cold front ruined that plan. Now we're in Georgia. We'll be back next new moon .
