mkco79 Apr 29, 2006 06:02 PM

Do beardies tend to over eat on the greens and pellets or any food that is? I have a baby that ate all his greens and pellets so i cut him up some more and added some more pellets but after i left the house i thought ohh crap what if he over eats?? He is still geting adjusted to his new home and didnt seem interested in the crickets but he ate his greens and pellets all gone! :D

I have never seen any of ours overeat salads or pellets. They simply stopped eating when full.

growing babies tend to burn up all the energy they eat pretty quickly. As long as they don't regurgetation, they can eat pretty much as much as they want. Babies should be fed 2-3 times a day as it is.
