What are the dimensions? From the looks of it, I would think it is way too small to house an adult boa.
Additionally, the entire top is screen. You would want to cover most of it to keep in humidity. This would eb far from my first choice to house a boa but if it has a footprint of something like 4'x2' you may be able to make it work.

According to the e-bay ad, dimensions are 30x17x24 inches. I wouldn't put a boa constrictor that was longer than 48 inches in there. There may be other issues with bending of the side panels allowing escape, heat conservation, etc.
