A lil help for my tattoo?

mk3000 May 02, 2006 11:04 AM

Hey guys,
this weekend I'm going to get my entire left sleeve done.(from shoulder to hand)in one giant osage copperhead ":D...anyway i need some of your guys help if you dont mind me askin, if any of you could get a picture of an osage fully stretched out on a white sheet or soemthing, and get a pic looking from above it, i also need a good shot of his head from a top viewpoint as well. I chose the copperhead because all these people around here think if they kill a copperhead they are doing something productive...This angers me so i gotta hold them close to me while they are still around. The head will be resting on my shoulder, and the tail will be in my hand, Meaning he is with me...not attacking me, at the tip of the tongue itll say "dont tread on me" :D..if anyone can help i will be greatly appreciative, and if you wish i can put your initials somewhere along the snake...thanks
Jarred

All I can say is good luck with that and I'm sure we would all love to see a picture when it is complete. Try these pics

I'm more interested in if you have already talked to a tattoo artist about it? Being a professional tattoo artist my self, I can't possibly imagine someone attempting to do a full sleeve in one sit down. It's not good for you or your skin, or the ink for that matter, too much healing at once. Unless your not getting a FULL sleeve. A tattoo from shoulder to wrist doesn't totally make it a sleeve. A sleeve is just that, the entire area a long sleeve would cover.

And if your already heavily tattooed and know all of this, then I'm sorry. But make sure you look at the artist portfolio and don't go with the cheapest one. Price shouldn't matter on a tattoo, only quality.
