One of her toes has gotten a little bit fatter then the rest, it almost looks swollen and a tiny bit of pink color to it. Its the 2nd toe closest to her body, like her left hand index finger

Anyone have an idea of what this is?

How long has the toe looked like that? She probably just bumped it which caused some swelling, but there's always the possibility that it is infected. I would say that if it doesn't start to get smaller, you should seek veterinary care.
