With most of my beauty snakes I feed once every week to ten days using a prey item that is large enough to create a visible bulge in the snake's stomach. Beauty snakes have a fast metabolism, so don't worry about over-feeding it. You didn't mention the size of your snake, but I'm betting at 7 months it's large enough to take two adult mice or even a hopper size rat if you prefer.

shes about 3-3.5 ft long she takes the adult mouse down easy and then the lump goes away pretty fast so i was thinking two mice a week or do you think two in one sitting?

Either way should be fine. She can probably handle both at once, but if you don't mind feeding twice weekly, it will even out here metabolism and keep her growing faster.

I have a 12 month old cave dweller that I've been feeding about 3 hoppers / mice a week. This may sounds excessive, but the snake usually passes the mouse through its system in 2-3 days. It is also extremely active, thus reducing the chance of it become "overweight". The mouse always produces a small bulge, which disappears in 1 day, sometimes less. From my experience, it sounds like you can increase to 2 times a week. Good luck.
