GUTLOADS?

tanias16 Jul 30, 2003 03:12 PM

What is the best cricket, mealworm, and superworm gutload to use? I'm tired of petstore brands.
I found these two...

(you can click on info for the spill)
www.herpnutrition.com (invertebrates)
Can someone help me out?

adcham gutload recipe

I use the adcham gutload recipe. Some of the stuff is hard to find (ie monkey chow - i left that out). Most of the wierd stuff can be found at a health food store. Some of it (spurulina and algae) can be found in the fish section of a pet store, and the rest can be found at a bulk food store. It sounds like a lot, but once you get the special stuff (from health store, etc) you can make A LOT over time for relitively low cost. That, and you don't have to worry about delivery.
