What's the easiest way to feed the Mazuri Diet?

I know, that many here have very good experiences with the acceptance of Mazuri diet, but both my Chinese Alligator and my Dwarf Crocodile doesnt like it: Not fed in the water nor on land.

This is what I have found. It seems to work best with animals who are raised with it. I have had some spotty results with animals who are older. You may have to soak them in chicken juice to get them to take the diet. Hatchlings take it just fine.

I have one Nile crocodile that dislikes this diet to such a degree that he will spit out any food with even a dusting of the Mazuri diet. I have an American alligator that refuses it as well even though it accepts other prepared diets.

What is even more interesting is that the animals prefer pieces of the larger biscuit to the smaller pellet.

What other prepared foods could I try.

I have a hatchling that will arrive next week.

On occasion I toss in a variety of prepared turtle diets, krill, and shrimp. They are snapped up pretty quickly.
