I just bought a Nikon CoolPix 7600 Saturday.
They had them on sale and I liked my Coolpix 3100 so much I didn't see how I could go wrong.
The only thing that bothers me is the speed at which it takes photos.
Much slower then my 3100
Haven't really had a chance to get any good snake pics yet.
Played around with it in the yard, though.
