Has anyone tried the concrete mixing tubs from Home Depot in a BP rack? They look like a nice large size. Pros? Cons? Thanx!

I use them for my Rat breeding racks but not for snakes. IMO they are really not that durable pretty flimsy. Not to mention not clear. I don't know about you but a quick peek every day through the clear tub, allows me to check on the snake w/o disturbing them. Pulling each tub out everyday not only would become a pain but time consuming.
They are a good price!
By the way I use Sterilite 41qt tubs cheaper than the 7gal concrete mixing tub.

I know there are flimsy ones also, Menards has flimsy ones but Home Depots are pretty tough. I could fashion a window in the end pretty easily and the size I am thinking is 16 gal. quite a bit larger than the 41qt Sterilite. Thanx for your input!
