i was strongly adviced by proexotics and ppl in this forum to invest in some kinda tempurature monitoring system for my savy. my friend let me borrow his moms cooking temp gun. i was just wondering if this has the same effects as ones made for reptiles. what do you think? thanks for your comments in advance! theres a link for the model of temp gun at the bottom of this page

Buy one of the cheaper models from PE, that way you do not have to borrow someones mothers device. I wonder if you told her what you used it for, she may give it to you.
The point is, you must constantly monitor temps, its not a set one time and it stays the same. Buy your own, use it all the time. There are many "other" creative uses for such a tool. Cheers

two females that are gravid again for the, well put it this way, they have produced a clutch each, every month for almost a year.
And they eat crickets and no roaches.
like pro exotics showed, this colony of crickets was started with 500 adults. I will say, every monitor I have ever worked with ate crickets with gusto. Even adult lacies. Ok, I did not try adult crocs on crickets hahahahahahahahahahaha good luck with your choices. Cheers
