Frankly, I said if my monitor has been wormed, as it is a wild caught fresh off the boat, then how long should I feed f/t before switching to live/freshly killed? If it is already weak and sickly, then why would you risk re-infecting it with parasites from another live food item thus contradicting your efforts and having to reworm again. The reworming would cause more stress on its system and then, yes, it probably would die. But then I was stumped on the fact that maybe the worms could not be trasfered. I don't want to go on. Your buddy, that you are taking side with, said I am brainless for not knowing that parasites can't be trasfered from what you feed it. But if a mouse has a flea and was swallowed it will get a tape worm. So they CAN get parasites from what they feed them. His arguement should have been that parasties will not harm the monitor IF it is healthy! My monitor is NOT healthy. Period. The brainless thing was just uncalled for. Then he explains porexitcs importing. I never said anything about that. So he is raging about something I never said. He switches what I write around and has proven on more than one instance to do so. For one the Pro exotics, another is I am going to feed it f/t until it matures and then take it out of quarantine....I never said that at all. I said to keep it there until its weight is suitable then tranfer it out of the quarantine......So before you go defending and reading his stuff. Read both parties information as a whole and unbiasedly(which I think your goig to have a hard time), and weigh the fact.
