in a pied x pied breeding does the percentage of white of the parents affect the % in the babies? is there less white with a het x het breeding?

Two 99% parents can have 5% white children.
If you have two visual siblings from the same clutch (from either hets or visuals), 1 can be high white and 1 can be low white. That's one of the cool things about this morph!
