So I'm leaving my lurker comfort zone and posting! Where would this forum be without her? We would probably have a new post every time Haley's comet comes through or whenever DVL gets a new digital camera. Whichever comes first. Kidding. I love this group. Easily the nicest bunch of folks on Kingsnake.

I bet I could even post a message about housing Asian Water monitors with leopard Geckos and still get a polite but informative response or two.

I'm off to feed my army of chucks and uros. Oh and my kids too.....

I keep a couple of species. I have 2 Malis that I got from Pete Weis back around 6 years ago. I also got my first chuck from him. Man, it was tough to find info about the species back then...

I also have a pair of Egyptians, an Ornate, an Indian and 2 two of the ugliest Moroccans that you ever saw. My kids are afraid of them!!! Kidding. I got them from Brian Jones (used to post here as BJ) many moons ago. They were the runts of the litter and not the prettiest but I love them. Mutts are cool with me.

I'm jealous of you. Your Egyptian seems outgoing from the pics that you have posted. My two year old pair is still stand offish.

Had all of those guys. Very Cool. I don't mind mutts either As far as BJ yeah, I remember him I got my Hooty, the disabled chuck from him. Remember his incubator was mistakenly turned off by his daughter a few years back, and all the chuck eggs but one died, then she hatched deformed.
He was talking about FREEZE POPPING her she would not eat but don't think he really wanted to, so I asked if I could have her, got her at 6 days old, shes now 3 years old.

Anyway John, Have your egyptians shown any interest in making kids I have heard some that had pairs that did nothing, and then a couple that did have luck.

My Cleo (Egyptian)is a dollbaby, a burn rescue many years ago, she was handled so very much for a year during her healing process that she became a LAP uro LOVE HER
