Jason,
I was a bit concerned about answering since I am not a BRB god.
I am new as well and have only had 3 litters of BRB's. What seems to have worked for me is waiting to remove the male until 2 weeks have passed since last observed breeding. I do not raise my temps to 90 degrees....I keep them the same with a hotside of no more than 82 and a lower side no less than 74. Some folks seem to have a warmer hot side than me but since the only litters I have been fortunate to witness that my snakes have produced were not so problematic I will stay with what has produced results and adjust according to my experience and that of others.
Good luck....it's really awesome.

>>How soon after a witnessed copulation does the male or female need to be removed from the others cage and how soon do i raise the heat to 90 degrees for the female? or do I? New and confused...to many different caresheets on the web thanks to all Jason K
