How do these guys look?

RMCADguy May 05, 2006 10:46 PM

Recently got these guys. I did tons of research for a while and finally found some for sale. They have a big stock tank to roam in and deep substrate to dig in. And if anybody has any added suggestions for these guys that may not be on some major care sheets please let me know because I really want to make these guys happy. Thanks

Phil

I don't know very much about them. I saw them for the first time at ReptileFest. They were some at the MidMichigan Reptile Rescue table. Your's look nice.

Nice little group of DI's that you have there. I love mine. I keep them hot, dry (altho I do mist 1/2 of the enclosure infrequently), and offer them greens, veggies, and flowers when I can get them. You'd get a lot more information if you posted your questions on the Chuckwalla forum. The DI people hang out over there.

I love desert iguanas!
Awsome picture!

Good to hear you keep them in a big tank. These guys, tho small, require LOTS of room to roam and forage, and run (they are very fast).

I agree with Jiffypop, the Chuck forum can help you more.
