i have a pair of purple blotched gophers,and one albion gopher ( all san deigo),the albino dropped me 8 bad eggs and my purple blotched dropped 15 eggs but 6 she put in the water bowl(not alot of water was in it) hope they all make it.

Congrats! That is too bad about the 6 in the water bowl. I had a western fox last year that did that to me. She laid a little sooner than I had planned. I pulled the water bowls this year! Good luck with your clutch and take care!

thanks for the good wishes,well so far 5 of the 6 have gone bad the last one still looks good for now. i didnt even know she was ready to lay she never shed.

what are purple blotched gophers? first time i have heard of this.would like to see a picture. please, i am a big fan of san diego gophers. as i live in the san diego. thanks
