Whats the difference between a normal pastel and a jungle pastel?

Same thing. Pastels were called 'pastel jungle' because they bore a similar pattern to the "jungle" ball python (whose genetics are unproven/uncertain). The graziani website has the full story on it, I'm sure that would clear things up.
