Like many people will tell you, take her to the vet now. Its usually 50 for a checkup, and 47 for four days worth of baytril injections. Its money, but nip it in the bud dude. Sometimes you can beat it without meds, but is it really worth it? Raise the temps to maybe high 80s, cos I heard somewhere that overly high temps could be lethal to Rainboa boas.

Snakito,
. I have never had a baby BRB get a respiratory infection. They sometimes get dried out from the humidity being too low and then make respiratory noises. I would make sure your cage humidity is at least 90% and see if that helps. Raising cage temps is usually a good idea with snakes with respiratory infections but if the problem is dehydration it will make it worse. A vet visit might be a good idea like Tomato suggested but be very careful using antibiotocs on little snakes that are possibly already dehydrated.
