New Grey Bands

APLAXAR May 08, 2006 09:57 AM

Hey All,

I have never posted here before but last week i got my first grey bands from Mike K. (mexicanamak) and they are awesome, they are screaming dark phase babies, i know screaming is usually used for the light phase, but i think it is suitable to use on these dark phase, two of the females are in shed so i just have the male and one of the females posted. the male is the one that is more curled up.

Those are awesome especially the top one and I would call them medium-light, not dark. Are they from genetics known to darken with age?

yes, once i can figuer out how to post pictures of the parents you will see why i call them dark phase, it is only a matter of time before they darken up and most likely keep the nice bright saddles, the other two females shed so i will post a picture of them soon, one is very very dark with bright orange
