How much for a Burmese Star?

Columbia May 08, 2006 01:19 PM

Currently, I have 5 babies that are in excellent shape. However, I'm very new to the selling scene. How much can I expect to sell them for, and who would buy them? Thanks for any information.

Go to kingsnake.com. Find the classified section. Go to :
Tortoises For Sale. Look at others there that are for sale.
Then you figure out what you'll sell for, write your ad, submit
it and good luck.

About the same price that you recently paid for them from 2-3 different sources. Common sense here.

Who would buy. . .tortoise aficionados that have an appetite and resources for higher end animals who fully understand their plight in the wild.

There are very few who would but them, just because there price, but there are a few out there, i would say like $1500 for 1, or maybe $1300, i would not pay higer then $1500.

Eh...they ain't worth too much....but since you're new at selling them I'd be willing to help you out and give you $50 each.....but you pay shipping at this price!

I agree Turtley, since he is new at selling lets help him out.
I'll take two!

Didn't you JUST buy them? Sometimes I wonder if you are just here trolling to see what kind of responses you get to your questions.

It seems to me that he is now worried about them and wants to sell them before he kills them with his husbandry "experiments".
