Timor monitors...

I have been thinking of getting a second dwarf monitor species and I was just wondering what your opinions on Timors are. Are they easy to tame or aggressive or somewhere in the middle?

It isn't so much a question of them being aggressive, more that they are very shy. I wouldn't recomend them, they simply aren't much fun to keep. They will avoid you as much as they can and you will rarely see them. With a lot of patience (took mine about 2 years) you might get them to take food off tongs and tolerate being out while you are in the room. Mabye try your hand at getting a breeding group of ackies. I think that would be more fun if you enjoy the ackie you have now. If you do decide to go with timors I would strongly suggest trying to find CB. They are very rare but you have a better chance of success there.
