for their ball breeding? I use 41qt's but the racks for them are SOOO expensive.and I could get a 10 level w/32qt containers at a very fair price compaired to a rack for 41qt containers, but can you actually achieve a correct and effective heat gradient with such a short container,because i would love to switch over and will they hold a FULL adult female ball that lays eggs safely plus another male during breeding season??

I use 32 and 41 pts...I only use the 32's for my sub-adults to small adults, though...I find a 32 qt. is a tight squeeze w/ a hide, a watering dish and the ball...

In MY non-expert opinion, I would imagine it would be a tight squeeze for breeding adults...that being said, I know that balls don't mind the tight spaces (hence the hides!)

I have bred ball pythons in 32 quart tubs, but it is a little tight. I recently purchased a vision rack which I believe holds 41 quart tubs. There is plenty of room for all acivity. I bought mine used, but I don't think they are that expensive.

I breed all of my ball pythons in 32qt, eventually will be moving my very large females in CB-70s.

I have bred huge girls in 28 qt tubs...

too tight and I feel bad about it......but they will do it...

I now have the sterlite tubs ...34 inch? in ballroom boaphile raxx..

28 or 32 qt are good for small balls and males.....

big girls you will feel badly for them
