Naaa, maybe I'll hold on to him. lol
Just kidding with the topic line... I never intended on getting rid of him. He is one of the two that started out as reds but shed into orange. This is how I found him last night, about 2 hrs after the lights went out. He turns red when it's dark and goes back to orange in the day. lol I wish he would do the opposite.

This is what he looked like a few weeks ago.

Joel he's beautiful. That's really a shame that he got a bite wound though. I remember him from your earlier pics. I said to myself if I was to buy one that would have been my choice.

His foot doesn't make me like him any less though,, he is still a keeper in my eyes.
I am glad I had decided to keep him because his color has improved dramatically. He is looking nicer than the yellow one with the orange stripes now.

We have taken in some rescues that had bitten toes, feet and tails, does not seem to slow them down any!
