Which ambilobe would you pick?

roberthvalera May 10, 2006 07:11 PM

And Why? I'm having trouble deciding what animal I should pick. I dont really know what to look for when it comes to a promising juvenile animal.Im going to spend alot of money on an ambilobe to breed later on so I need someones advice. The second one with a little green and facing to the left. Or the one with more yellow facing to the right? Thanks for your opinions.

If you are looking to buy an animal with the sole purpose of breeding it and I assume making money, I would not buy either of those. Those bars will always be a red/blue combo, probably getting more red as the animal matures. Will have a nice bright yellow to either of them but those are the "typical" Ambilobes you can find. Plus, those colors were attained by getting those animals unbearably hot, so they probably only show brightness like that when they are on the verge of heat stroke. So not only do you have the run of the mill yellow Ambilobe but you have one that isn't a pure blue bar. Good luck.

I would pick the one facing to the left of the computer screen. Looks like he will be more colorful over all. Good Luck!!!!

Neither! Personally, if I were to get another cham it would not be one of those. As already stated the bars are not pure. If you want some very promising animals look at screameleons and blue beast reptiles. All of by chams are from them and they have all turned out beautifully!
