Any Tortoise vet in Western MA?

OMG, I noticed Leo's breathing has a slight whistle- I brought him out the other day for a few hours- it was in the 60s, but it may have been still too cool with the breeze. He's still eating, but I want to nail anything that may develope or worsen- advice please. Im alittle scared, he's my baby!
