Can anyone identify this baby tortoise?

Hello, A few weeks ago I purchased a baby yellowfoot tortoise. I have been questioning that it is a yellowfoot since i got him. He lacks pigmentation on the top of his head and leggs. I am sure he is not a Hermans Tortoise, but I have been thinking possibly a Russian which in that case I will be pretty angry. Here is a picture, if its not a good enough one to help identify I can take another. Thanks

Its a russian tortoise you have, if you have a yellow foot set up you might want to change it up, so it fits your russian.
