So, what's the story on him? It looks like he was shed out early, or this developed after a shed. Was he born like this, did you just acquire him, if not do you have baby pics? I saw some people believe the photos have been altered in the main forum, but never saw any background on the animal. I haven't seen a Dumerils this color, but I have seen snakes pre-shed skin get peeled back early to reveal this same look. So, I guess if you continued to pull it off, you could make the entire snake take on this appearance for a short time. The reason I think something out of the ordinary happened is the normal coloration on the head, and some parts of the body. Look forward to hearing the background and having a look at more pics.
