Hello,
Can this western ( the light one on the picture ) be a pastel or not ?

It's beautiful, whatever it is. If there is specialized info on W. hognose morphs and their classification, where would it be? I think there's a whole book dedicated to cornsnake morphs, but it seems like w/ H. nasicus it's a fairly new territory.

Can you describe or take a pic of the belly?
Looks hypomelanistic to me. Justin's right-a belly pic would help....
Brad Chambers
His belly look normal to me, black with a few red spots.
When he has shed I will take a picture.
Attractive little animal.
Only one way to find out if it is genetic. It will be interesting to see the color as an adult.
Good luck to ya!
I know a guy in germany who has one just like that, I have some hets from it, so i will let you know in about 2 years time lol.
