They both look underfed to me, also, I would get rid of the substrate you are using. Mulch or coconut husk, whatever it is you are using, isn't good for bearded dragons for various reasons. High impaction risk, retains too much moisture and very dusty when it is dry, also, harbours bacteria growth as well.

To really know if your dragons are healthy, we need a detailed account of how you care for them, including basking temp, use of UVB bulbs, how often they are fed, how much and what is fed, are insects gut loaded before hand and how long are they gut loaded before actually being fed to your dragons. How much do both eat per sitting, are you using any suppliments, and if so how often? Also, need to know the age of the dragons and how big they currently are, and how long you had them.

well my beardys are like three months ol i think or two and i feed them everyday i always have mealworms and feed them their veggis their temperature in the tank is always 80 in one side and the other is 70 degrees and i feed them both ten crikets sohuld i change the branch i put in side I got that brach from out side so yeah
