couple of things could be.
whats you temps
substrate
crix size
animal size
and supplament routine
if the dragon is not pooping good i would give him a soak in a warm tub of water up to his shoulders when i say warm i mean like for a baby and then i get my spray bottle out and put striaght out the tap hot water in it and mist while he is in it. works every single time.

Is he bloated all of the time? My little girl Noel will puff her body out to where it looks really bloated, but she does that alot while she is basking. If I pick her up she lets all of the air out and is normal again.
