I just pick up this 48" rack 6 trays high from a local breeder. One of the trays will NOT close. The metal rails on the side are rivited onto the trays and the tray that does look rivited different. The areas cirlced in red are actually rivited so they cannot move.

If the tubs were pulled out and you are just sticking them into the glides make sure the tub side of the glides are lined up in the track side ( on frame) if the frame is bent make sure that when ya push the tub in the backs of the tubs are staying in the tracks. ifthe come out they wont close or if there spres or bent.

Also check to make sure that no bal;l bearing have popped out of the glides. ..if those dont work try emailing FB and askem what to check for. thats about all i can think of as i built cabinets for many yrs so thats about all it would be . best of luck .
