hard to tell from the pictures, if she is dead looks like it hasnt been long, eyes look slightly sunk in, have you tried picking her up ? is she limp? will she move?

Well, I can't tell if the dragon is dead or not, but it doesn't look good. Your best bet is to go in and touch the dragon. If you're afraid to touch a possibly dead animal, my dragons would usually move around a little if they even think i'm putting my hands in the cage. Maybe poke her with something, get a little water on her by misting her, get your hand wet and flick it on her, or fill a straw and hold it shut, then let it out over her. Any of those methods get should a reaction. Please do let us know what the outcome is.

This is like taking a picture of a sleeping persons and saying "aive or sleeping"? If you can take pics of it why can't you pick it up and see if it is alive. Why is the substrate wet under it. Why don't you think it is sleeping? Is this your pet, or did you find it somewhere? Why can't you just pick it up?

I didn't really understand all of that, but I am sorry about your lizard. Who is your fd? I don't understand what fd means. friend? Was the dragon really cold? When dragons get really cold they sometimes don't move. But it didn't look good in the picture. I think you said you threw it out, so sorry, it was a pretty dragon.

Put rubber gloves on, pick it up and put it into a box and take it to your nearest repile vet. This guy if he isn't dead already certainly is quite sick. His basking temperature should be at least 95F. 30-31 (I am assuming you mean celcius) is only about 88 F which is too cold for the basking tempeature. It is fine for the ambient room temperature but your basking site should be between 95-115 F (about 35 to 40 Celcius).

How long have you had it in this condition? Has it been eating anything? What have you been feeding it if it has been? Or was it in this near dead or dead condition when your friend brought him over?

From his condition I would say a vet visit is needed, especialy if he doesn't perk up after you raise the basking temperature.

By the looks of it's eye it doesn't look alive. But if it is alive, please get the crickets out of the tank so they won't eat on the dragon.
