Humidity questions!

mkco79 May 14, 2006 10:02 AM

Hi all! I know this is one of those subjects that is asked about to the point of exhustion but i have to ask!
I have tried just about everything i could think of! I live in colorado and the hunidity is usually in the 30's around here.
I have tried sritzing the cage daily multiple times a day, i have covered more then 80% of the top etc etc. I can not get the humidity to stay up like i want.
I have a 20 gallon viv with one of those big water bowls in it. I have the water as close to the UTH as possible. Im at my wits end with this one! Any recomendations would be great!!

Thanks in advance!

Try an ultrasonic fogger. I'm not sure exactly what brand, as I've never used one. But I know of a few people who use them in amphibian enclosures.

are your cage temps warm enough. High humidity is better attained when the air temp is warm.
