hi all atm i am the middel off makeing a PDF tank i have built the background/waterfall and am now waiting on plants and such the prob is i would like to make a smail lagon under the waterfall but the pump for the waterfal is in the bottem left corrner it cant be in eney other place and i am a bit stuck for what to do i am geting sum peat bricks/slabs from www.dartfrog.co.uk i intend to place a layer off it ontop off a layer off pebbels but i am just worred about if is going to work or not i will post pics soon

I'm not sure what sort of false bottom you have there, but one thing to consider for a lagoon or pool under the falls, is placing a plastic food container under the falls,--puncture this with a lot of holes so the water will circulate into the false bottom to be pumped back over the falls. I use a heated ice pick to make a lot of perforations. Then you can shape it from the top by overlapping the edges with flat rock, substrate and mosses. Maybe when you can post some pictures, we'll have a better idea of just what you are working with.
