Gravid woma with white spots on face

Unfortunately I wasn't around last year when my female laid eggs and that is why none of them made it.

She is days from dropping her clutch and I was out of town. When I got back today I noticed wite spots on the face and neck area. The light spots are individual discolored scales.

Has anyone seen this?
