s this a torn egg sac??

Is this a torn egg sac or is it part of the inside the egg that hasnt detached? If so what do I do. No

If the sac is torn what can I do to help it? No other eggs came out like this.

No problem here...
Get yourself a tea cup. Line it with papertowel. Moisten it to the point where there is no standing water. Place the tortoise on the papertowel with the yolk sac down and the tortoise sitting on top of it. Place it back in the incubator. It should take 2 or 3 days to disappear... no problem... no worry.

You can rinse it off with warm water but don't do anything else.
